Since her arrival in Detroit in 1940, together with her husband Alex, Mrs. Roberg has been instrumental in the success of numerous organiza- tions, including Shaare Zedek Hospital of Jerusalem, Young Israel Sisterhood, Women's Orthodox League, Yigdal, Sinai Hospital Ladies Guild, as well as Machon Elbrah. Yariv Major General Aharon Yariv, former Director of Israeli Military Intelligence, will speak at a community- wide forum 8 p.m. Feb. 24 at Congregatoin Shanrey Zedek. The forum is co-sponsored by the American Society for Tech- nion - Israeli Institute of Technology, Inc., and the Jewish Community Council of Metropolitan Detroit.
