Galleries Set
First Thursday

The North Woodward
galleries in downtown Birm-
ingham will provide extended
gallery hours through 8:30
p.m. the first Thursday of
each month starting Feb 6.
First Thursday is a coor-
dinated effort of galleries in
downtown Birmingham striv-
ing to accommodate busy
work schedules by providing
simultaneous openings, lec-
tures and extended gallery
hours.
Elizabeth Stone Gallery,
Xochipilli Gallery and the
Nancy Yaw Gallery will
celebrate new art exhibitions
with openings to complement
First Thursday.
