Aish HaTorah Slates
Lecture, Programs

Aish HaTorah's Special Lec-
ture Series will begin
7:30-9:30 p.m. Feb. 9 at Young
Israel of Southfield.
Rabbi Motti Berger of Aish
HaTorah Jerusalem will be
the first speaker. Rabbi
Berger will talk on "Why Do
Bad Things Happen To Good
People?"
Rabbi Berger received his
B.A. in history from Loyola
University and his rabbinic
ordination from Yeshiva Ner
Israel. He is the International
Director of the Discovery
Seminar for Aish Halbrah
Jerusalem.
The second speaker will be
Rebitzen Tzipora Heller.
Mrs. Heller will speak three
times during a Shabbaton at
locations to be announced.

an educational campaign titl-
ed, "Say Yes to Jewish
Literacy!" This is a
community-wide effort to con-
vey the basic principles, con-
