and Social Security received
in 1991 as well as record of

information is confidential.

hot lunch program is offered

Door to Door Transporta-
tion to the Jimmy Prentis
Morris Jewish Community
Center is offered to senior
adults through the coopera-
tive efforts of the Jewish Com-
munity Center, the Jewish In-
formation Service, the Jewish
Welfare Federation and
Jerome Glassman.
Pick-up is scheduled for the
following areas: Monday -
Southfield and Detroit; Tues-
day - Oak Park; Wednesday -
Northwest Detroit, Oak Park,
Royal Oak, Southfield and
Berkley; Friday - Oak Park,
Royal Oak, Berkley.
Passengers will be picked
up at their homes beginning
at 9:30 a.m. and return from
the Center at 3 p.m. A dona-
tion of $1.00 for the round trip
is suggested.
To initiate service, contact
the Jewish Information Ser-
vice at 967-4357.
To accommodate the trans-
portation needs of older adult
apartment dwellers, the JCC
will offer an apartment shut-
tle to persons living within a
mile of the Jimmy Prentis
Morris building. The shuttle
will bring seniors to JPM
each weekday at approx-
imately 9:30 a.m. and make a
return trip at 2:30 p.m.

Abraham Hillel Moses will
present Drs. Phoebe and Har-
ris Mainster 10:30 a.m. Feb.

ticipants will meet in Room
239 of the Maple-Drake

The Senior Adult Depart-
ment will present group
dynamics expert Barbara
Aronow to discuss "Improv-
ing Family Communications"
1 p.m. Feb. 5 in the Allen
Lounge.
Ms. Aronow will share
skills and techniques to help
us say what needs to be said
without offending. There will
be a charge for non-members.
A monthly feature film
series, captioned for those
with hearing impairments
will be presented on the se-
cond Monday of each month 1
p.m. at no charge.
