Temple Israel Sisterhood
will host a cooking
demonstration by Chef Elwin
Greenwald 1 p.m. Feb. 3 at
Kitchen Glamour in West
Bloomfield.
Chef Greenwald began his
cooking career in 1980 with
restaurateur Yvonne Gill. In
1983, he traveled through
France and studied at
Madeleine Kamman's Profes-
sional Cooking School in An-
necy. After his European
studies, he returned to
Detroit and began his tenure
at Van Dyke Place.
Chef Greenwald opened
Elwin's Tu-Go, a casual
restaurant in downtown
Royal Oak, featuring soups,
salads, sandwiches, entrees
and baked goods and a full
line of catering services, in-
cluding kosher catering.
There is a charge for the
