Israel Discovery Plus
Eastern Europe

This program includes six
weeks in Israel and all the
features described for Israel
Discovery, in addition to an
eight-day experience in
Eastern Europe. Participants
spend five days in Poland and
three days in Hungary prior
to their arrival in Israel.
Israel Discovery Plus traces
the history of the Jewish com-
munities in these countries
with a special emphasis on
the past, present and future of
these extraordinary Jewish
communities. Age: 15-17;

Machon-in-Israel

A unique summer ex-
perience designed to give par-
ticipants the opportunity to
encounter first-hand the land
and people of Israel. Through
extensive travel, personal
dialogue and exploration of
varied Israel lifestyles, par-
ticipants will have the oppor-
tunity to develop leadership
skills while exploring their
Jewish identity. (Refer to the
Israel Discovery description
for additional program infor-
mation). Previous member-
ship in Young Judaea and Tel
Yehudah camp experience are

AZYF PROGRAMS
Short On Time

This program is specifically
designed for young adults
who are not able to spend a
long period of time in Israel.
It offers an intensive in-
troduction to the land of
Israel through touring the
major areas of Israel. This
tour is especially structured
to make maximum use of the
short duration. Age: 18-26.
Must have completed at least
one year of college or univer-
sity; Length: 3 weeks; Dates:
June 9, 1992-June 30, 1992 or
Aug. 3, 1992-Aug. 24, 1992.

Graduate To Israel

This program is specifically
for college graduates. Par-
ticipants will visit historic
locations and tour throughout
modern Israel. The Graduate
to Israel program takes
seriously the sophisticated
level of college graduates.
Age: Recent college graduates
up to 26 years of age; Length:
28 days; Date: June 9,
1992-July 7, 1992.

Adventure on Kibbutz

This program combines 2 1/2
weeks on kibbutz with ap-
