own hope is that we will
have new people in place

retire is a loss for the com-

have hit the ground run-
ning," Mr. Aronson says. At
the same time, Mrs.
Naimark and Mr. Ascher are
slowing the pace a bit. Both
plan to travel with their
spouses, visiting family and
friends before actively seek-
ing other opportunities.
As far as the agencies are
concerned, "It's just as well,
I think, to bring in new
blood," Mrs. Naimark be-
lieves. "New people bring
new perspectives. But I don't
think there will be any
major overhauls.
"Meanwhile, I'm telling
everybody, 'Let's do lun-
ch.' " ❑
