New Year's Eve Family Reading At Public Library The Bloomfield Township Public Library Youth Depart- ment has developed a Family Reading Contract. Families can sign a contract, anytime until April 1, promising to read together 30 minutes every day. The names of participating families will be displayed on a banner in the library. On April 8, during National Library Week, the library will honor the read-together families at a program.
