Oscar Kramer, Scrap Dealer Oscar M. Kramer, of West Bloomfield, died Nov. 17. He was 73. A co-owner of Kramer Waste Material Company, Mr. Kramer retired in 1985 after being in the paper and scrap recycling business for 70 years. A veteran of World War II, he was also a member of Congregation Shaarey Zedek and the Men's Club, the Jewish War Veterans, B'nai B'rith and was a Hadassah associate.
