MEHLER Staff Writer S o what did Cindee Moss say? Are they or aren't they? What would you do if you read your marriage proposal in the Nov. 8 engagement section of The Jewish News? Ms. Moss screamed, jumped up and down, grabbed the ring and ran downstairs to show her parents. Mr. Rosenthal was left kneeling on the floor, waiting for her answer. "I ran back upstairs when I realized I hadn't said yes," said Ms. Moss, 24. "When I got back to my room, Neal was still kneeling next to my bed and then he asked me to marry him." Mr. Rosenthal, 29, of Southfield, proposed to Ms. Moss in an advertisement in the Nov. 8 issue of The Jew- ish News. The couple has not yet set a wedding date.
