Indeed, in Michigan, an entire tourist industry has been developed around this autumn activity. The Michigan Travel Bureau has published, "Michigan Fall Secrets" specifically for foliage viewers. The spectacular combination of fall foliage and lake viewing is never out of sight near Mackinac Island. Accor- ding to the Michigan 'Navel Bureau the Wilderness State Park West of Mackinac City is a good site. "The Tunnel of Dees" is on road M-119 that follows Lake Michigan shore from Cross Village to Harbor Springs.
