umpkin season begins in early
October and usually lasts
through Thanksgiving.
Many local farms sell pumpkins, ap-
ples and cider for the harvest season.
At Upland Hills Farms in Oxford,
the farm offers a horse-drawn hay ride
through the pumpkin patch, a magic
show and storytelling hour for one
general admission.
Our pumpkins are organically
grown," says Dorothy Webster of
Upland Hills Farm.
