costumes, textiles, art and the
Americas, Cincinnati Art
Museum, will deliver a slide
lecture on "History of
Costume: 18th Century to
1930s" 1 p.m. Oct. 19 at the
Detroit Historical Museum.
The slide presentation will
focus on women's fashions,
although there will also be
some children's and men's
fashions included.
Mr. Theime's lecture is a
part of the educational pro-
grams being offered in con-
junction with the Detroit
Historical Museum's latest
costume exhibition,
"Sleepwear: A Bedtime
Story."
