Theatre Project
Set For Teens

Jewish Experiences for
Families and the Agency for
Jewish Education will host
the Jewish Theatre Project: A
Bicultural Experience for
teens ages 14-17. New teens
from the Soviet Union and
American teen-agers will
work with Corrine Stavish to
create an original Jewish
theater production. It will
result in many performances
in the spring for the Jewish
community.
The project, now in session
4:15-7:15 p.m. Tuesdays at the
United Hebrew Schools
building includes dinner.
Field trips are being plann-
ed for this project. A fee is
charged.

Sponsor Fair

Club 5 students from the
Jewish Parents Institute will
sponsor a Colonial Fair Oct.
12 at the Maple-Drake Jewish
Community Center.
Candle dipping, donut mak-
ing, weaving, menorah mak-
ing, and a learning center
area will be offered. Activities
will be lead by Michelle
Quarters. Students in Club 5
include: Julie Allen, Adam
Blatt, Julie Becker, David
Beznos, David Buttigieg,
Lindsay Crowe, Andrew
DeSilva, Rachel Faber, Stacey

Tour Hospital

The Temple Shir Shalom
6th-, 7th- and 8th-graders will
visit Sinai Hospital Oct. 13.
They will hear a lecture by

the kosher kitchen, the
chapel and the nursery.
