president of the Temple Beth
El brotherhood. Mr. Remer, a
member of the board of
trustees of the temple, is an
active participant in the tem-
ple's Mitzvah Corps and a
former head usher. He also is
the 1988-89 recipient of the
President's Cup, an honor ac-
corded at the annual meeting
of the temple to an outstan-
ding volunteer.
