The Adat Shalom Men's
Club will hold a paid-up
member dinner and sports
program featuring WJBK-
TV2 sports director Eli Zaret
6:30 p.m. Oct. 3 at the
synagogue.
Mr. Zaret will discuss the
issues and provide opinion on
current local sports topics.
Mr. Zaret is the recipient of
Associated Press and United
Press International awards
for sportscasting and radio
commentary. A graduate of
the University of Michigan,
in 1979 he broadcast the first
nationally syndicated FM
sportscast over ABC.
There is no charge for paid-
up members of the Men's
Club. There is a fee for non-
members and guests. Dues for
1991-92 may be paid at the
door.
