JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER OF METROPOLITAN DETROIT IS THIS YOU? and the wonder of the human soul. We go astray in our quest for happiness because we think of it as something due to us, something the world owes us. Some people we know are forever complain- ing, full of taynes, or grievances, against the world because it does not minister to them. The next time you feel this mood descending on you, remember you may be suffering from "ingrown ego." Try this prescription: Think of someone whom you can help. Is there some- one whose loneliness you can relieve by a visit, is there a hospital patient you can cheer with a call? Is there an overdue note of appreciation you can write to someone who helped you over a difficult time? Is there someone hungry for a word of reassurance or encourage- ment to whom you can speak? When you are unhappy, try doing something for some- body, preferably something involving some inconvenience and time. Life will wear a brighter face when you do because as you give hap- piness, it will come back and bless you. • TIRED OF BEIM LEFT OUT? • TIRED OF RUNNING OUT OF DANCE STEPS BEFORE THE SONG RUNS OUT! • FED UP WITH NOT KNOWING HOW TO DANCE LIKE YOUR FRIENDS?
