This meeting is open to the public. Dr. Morgan's topic will be "The Modern Hillel Board: Can Magic and Mysticism Help?" Dr. Morgan is the director of the B'nai B'rith Hillel Foun- dation of the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, a position in which he has serv- ed for a decade. He received his graduate education at Columbia University, where he wrote on demonology in rabbinic literature and Jewish magic in the Helen- istic world. He serves as the rabbi of Congregation Emanu-El in Waukesha, Wis. The meeting will begin with a light supper. The work- ing part of the meeting will include a vote on Hillel's budget for 1991-92, allocation of funds for renovating the Hillel suite at Wayne State University, and reporting on fund-raising activities.
