An Englishman was visit-

come from?" . . . His guide
smiled mischievously and
pointed to a large brick
building on the other side of
the street . . . Across the front
of the building was a huge
sign, "Cohen Manufacturing
Company."

Serious matter on the
restaurant scene today is that
of good restaurateurs being
made to suffer because of the
ineptness and poor manage-
ment of those who shouldn't
be in the business, causing a
lot of folks to shy away from
restaurants .
