The Jewish Federation Apartments, Inc. will hold an Annual Meeting
of its membership on Wednesday, October 16, 1991, at 6:30 p.m. in Prentis
Federation Apartments, 15100 W. Ten Mile Rd., Oak Park, Michigan, for
the purpose of electing members of the Board of Directors and for the tran-
saction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
Nominations for Directors are as follow:
For a Second Three Year Term:
Roselyn Blanck, Jan Hauser, Dr. James Labes, Marvin Novick, Rick
Rosenhaus, Alan Singer.
New candidates nominated for an initial three-year term:
Carolyn Borman, Arthur Friedman, Marjorie Krasnick, Rabbi David
Nelson, Rose Roth.
In accordance with the by-laws, other persons may be nominated by
petition signed by not less than 50 members of the corporation and filed
with the Executive Director, Helen Naimark, not less than 10 days prior
to the date of the annual meeting. Only one person may be nominated in
each petition and no nomination shall be valid unless the nominee shall
have consented to be a candidate.
