So, if I were to pick any minor qualifying ques- tion as the most critical, it would be: Does he have a sense of humor? Do things hit him as funny before they hit him as an- noying? New Horizons Plans Party The New Horizons Group of the City of Hope will hold a membership kick-off cocktail party 7:30 p.m. Sept. 20 at the Aldingbrooke Clubhouse on Drake Road between Maple and Walnut Lake.
