Door to door transportation
to the Oak Park Jewish Com-
munity Center is now being
offered to senior adults. This
service is provided through
the cooperative efforts of the
Jewish Community Center,
the Jewish Information Ser-
vice, the Jewish Welfare
Federation and Jerome
Glassman.
Pick-up schedule:
Monday — Southfield and
Detroit.
Tuesday -- Oak Park.
Wednesday — Northwest
Detroit, Oak Park Royal
Oak, Southfield and borkley.
Friday — Oak Park, Royal
Oak, Berkley.
Passengers are picked up at
their homes beginnning at
9:30 a.m. and return from the
JCC at 3 p.m. A donation of
$1 for the round trip is
suggested.

unaffiliated senior adults will

munity Center's Jimmy Pren-
tis Morris Building on Sept.
8-10 and 17-18.
Modern traditional services
will be conducted by Rabbi
Allan Blustein.

The City of Oak Park
Outreach Office is providing
medical transportation Mon-
day through Friday for Oak
Park residents age 55 and
above. The passenger van
transports clients to medical
facilities within a seven-mile
radius.
Clients must be a member
of the Oak Park Senior
Center at a cost of $5 a year.
Transportation is provided
with a suggested donation of
$3 per round trip for Oak
Park residents and $4 per
round trip for North Royal
Oak Township. Clients are
urged to call and schedule as
soon as their medical ap-
pointments are made. Rides
are provided between the
hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
