GERALDINE BERNICE
APPLEBAUM, 58, of Escon-
dido, Calif., died Aug. 17. She
is survived by her husband,
Kenneth; parents, Samuel
and Lillian Barshtz of South-
field; sister, Sandra Barshtz of
Southfield; stepchildren, Eric
Applebaum of San Diego,

SOL B. GELBMAN, 63, of
Southfield, died Aug. 14. He

is survived by his wife,

14. She is survived by a

ROSALYN SEGAL, 60, of
West Bloomfield, died Aug.
20. She is survived by a son
and daughter-in-law, Nevin
and Kathy Segal of Hun-
tington Woods; daughter, Cin-

sister and brother-in-law,
Loretta and Frank Gold of
