from participating in a
volunteer program in Israel
designed for medical
students. This program is
organized by Volunteers for
Israel, organizing volunteer
groups to work at army bases.
Udi will begin the second
year of his medical training
at Wayne State Medical
School, hoping to finish his
final year in Israel.

Local Woman
Earns Degree

DR. ROBERTA TOLL of
Bloomfield Hills, has been
awarded a doctoral degree by
the Union Institute, a univer-
sity offering interdisciplinary
plans of study for mid-career
adults.
Dr. Toll's graduate studies
were completed in the field of
clinical psychology. Her major
work is entitled "Unresolved
Conflict in Significant Rela-
tionships."
Prior to attending the
Union Institute, Dr. Toll
graduated from the Universi-
ty of Michigan and the
University of Pennsylvania.
She is employed by the
Eastwood Clinic, Royal Oak,
as a psychotherapist.
