In separate bowl, toss cher-
ries with flour and sugar.
Spoon into center of batter.
DO NOT STIR. Bake in
preheated oven for 40 to 45
minutes. Ingredients will
cook together to form a crust
around filling. Serves 8.

2 sticks butter
12 oz. package white
chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
Y2 cup coarsely chopped
macadamia nuts
Preheat oven to 325
degrees. Spray 11 by 9-inch
baking dish with non-stick
vegetable spray. Heat butter
and chocolate, stirring fre-
quently, in a large saucepan
over low heat until melted
and smooth. Remove from
heat. Stir sugar into the
melted mixture, then stir in
eggs and vanilla. Add flour
and nuts and quickly stir in
until just mixed. Pour into
prepared pan. Bake in pre-
heated oven until top is
golden but center is still soft
when pressed lightly, 30 to 35
minutes. Cool and cut into
squares. Makes 20 to 25.

PEACH SANGRIA: Pour
1 quart sweet white wine into
a non-metal pitcher. Add juice
of 3 lemons, 6 diced, unpeeled
peaches,'/4 cup sugar and 1
cup peach brandy. Stir to mix.
Let stand for 30 minutes be-
fore pouring over ice cubes. 15
to 18 servings. ❑
