en cherries. Makes about 3 1/2
cups.

1 tablespoon preserves
(any kind)
juice of 1 lemon
1 pint blueberries
2 teaspoons all-purpose
flour
4 refrigerated crescent
dough rolls
Preheat oven to 375
degrees. Place preserves and
lemon juice in medium-sized
saucepan. Melt over low heat.
Wash and pick over blueber-
ries and sprinkle with flour
and add to mixture in
saucepan. Bring to boil over
high heat, stirring often. Pour
into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Arrange crescent dough in <
overlapping design on top and
bake in preheated oven for 12
minutes until crust is nicely
browned. Serve warm or at
room temperature. Serves 6.
