Susan is the daughter of Dr.
Sol Pickard of Huntington
Woods and the late Miriam
Pickard. Susan is a Universi-
ty of Michigan graduate hav-
ing earned a bachelor of arts
in psychology and a master's
in social work. She is
employed as a child and fami-
ly therapist with the Jewish
Children's Bureau of Chicago.
Brian is the son of Corrine
Charty of Miami Beach, Fla.,
and the late Ray Witus. Brian
received his bachelor of arts
in political science from the
University of Michigan. He
recently graduated from
University of Michigan Law
School.
A September wedding is
planned. The couple will
reside in Evanston, Ill.
