Pour in liquid mixture, blend- ing until all flour is moist- ened and is easy to roll into a ball. Divide into 2 or 3 parts, depending on size of pan. Roll out between 2 pieces of floured waxed paper or on lightly floured surface. This dough will keep in refriger- ator up to 2 weeks if well wrapped. Yields 2 pie shells or one 2-crust pie. For a baked shell, thoroughly prick and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 450°. ILENE'S EASY CHILI oil 2 onions, finely chopped 11/2 lbs. ground meat 1 lb. sweet sausage 1 can tomato soup 1 lb. can kidney beans, drained and mashed 1 lb. can tomatoes, slightly crushed 1 small can sweet baked beans 1 Tbsp. chili powder 1 Tbsp. cocoa Brown the onions in a small amount of oil in heavy sauce- pan. Add and brown the ground meat and cut-up sausage. Add the undiluted soup, mashed beans and to- matoes. Simmer for 1 hour. Add the small can of beans, if desired and the chili and cocoa.
