Israeli Employer
Shot In Gaza
Jerusalem (JTA) — An
Israeli contractor from
Ashdod suffered serious
wounds in a shooting attack
in the Gaza Strip.
Moshe Buchris was re-
ported to be in critical condi-
tion at Soroka Hospital in
Beersheba, where he was
taken by helicopter.
Mr. Buchris was shot by
two assailants at close range
while standing by his truck,
waiting to pick up workers.
Although wounded in the
head and hand, he managed
to drive his car more than 18
miles to Gaza City, where a
local resident alerted an
army patrol.
