Na'amat USA Plans Luncheon Edith Margolis, Midwest area coordinator, Na'amat USA, will speak to the Greater Detroit Council at its Spiritual Adoption Luncheon noon July 25 at the Beth Achim Synagogue. Ms. Margolis has served as national vice president of Organization, as president of the Chicago Council and as Midwest Area Coordinator. Her focus has been on human resources development for volunteers. She has been a leader in three seminars to Israel spon- sored by Na'amat USA, Na'amat Israel and the educa- tion department of the Jewish Agency, as well as a delegate to the World Zionist Congress. The luncheon is held an- nually on behalf of Israel's disadvantaged children. Com- munity Leadership awards will be given to: Paul D. Bor- man, Jeannie Wiener and Doris Biscoe. A tribute will be paid to Ida Gornbein for 25 years of ser- vice to the Greater Detroit Council as its executive secretary. Also being given recogni- tion will be Sara Singer Kahan of Tulsa, Okla.
