died June 4. He is survived by

ingham; brothers and sisters-

PIRO, 88, of Coconut
Creek, Fla., formerly of
Detroit, died June 14. She is
survived by her son and

Coconut Creek, Fla.; sister,

90, of Southfield, died June

IRENE E. SIMON, 89, of
Southfield, died June 15. She
is survived by her daughter

three great-grandchildren;
niece and nephews.

BERNARD SPIEGEL, 72,
of Birmingham, died June 18.
He leaves his wife, Maxine;
sons and daughter-in-law,
Robert of Key West, Fla.,
James and Sue of San Jose,
Calif.; daughter, Cathy
Nessim of San Jose, Calif.;
brother and sister-in-law,
Moey and Jackie of Johns-
town, Pa.; sisters Esther
Diness of Hallandale, Fla.,
Dolly Koff of Johnstown; five
grandchildren.

BEN UZANSKY, 91, of
Southfield, died June 16. He
leaves his sons and
daughters-in-law, Morton and
Doreen of Southfield, Dr.
Gerald and Fran of South-
field; three grandchildren.

MARILYN WAGMANN, 51,
of Detroit, died June 17. She
is survived by her brother and
sister-in-law, Henri and Lila
of Southfield; cousins.

George Fink, 73

George Fink, 73, of Farm-
ington Hills, a former deli
owner, died June 14.
Mr. Fink, born in Toronto
and raised in Detroit, opened
Ben and George's Restaurant
on Dexter and Glendale,
shortly after World War II. He
also owned a number of other
deli stores in the suburbs.
He is survived by his son
and daughter-in-law, Daniel
and Ann Fink of West Bloom-
field; daughter and son-in-
law, Judith and Marvin
Zahler of West Bloomfield;
sister and brother-in-law, Lot-
tie and Martin Bruseloff of
Bloomfield Hills; four grand-
sons.

Julius S. Rothschild

Julius S. Rothschild, 72, of
Huntington Woods, died June
12.
Mr. Rothschild was an in-
surance agent with Phoenix
Mutual Insurance for over 45
years. He was a member of
Michigan Underwriters
Association and a sergeant
during World War II.
He leaves his wife, Toba;
daughter, Judith Maude of
Farmington Hills.
