Oakland County Circuit
Court Judge EDWARD
SOSNICK has been ap-
pointed by Governor John M.
Engler to chair the Domestic
Violence Prevention and
Treatment Board.

IDA NATHAN was one of six
recipients throughout the
country, to receive the Gold
Key Award, presented by the
Youth Commission of the
B'nai B'rith Youth Organiza-
tion. This highest volunteer
service award is bestowed for
extraordinary volunteer ser-
vice and positive contribu-
tions to the BBYO program.
Mrs. Nathan has served on
the Michigan Region BBYO
Board for 30 years.

DEBORAH SAFRAN,
daughter of Paula and Nor-
man Miller of Southfield, is
one of 13 graduating seniors
from Southfield-Lathrup
High School who received an
Award of Recognition from
Phi Beta Kappa. She also
received a scholarship from
Zonta International for out-
standing service to her school
and community. Debbie will
attend the University of
Michigan.

Temple Installs
Officers, Board

The Birmingham Temple
will install its officers and
trustees for 1991-92 8:30 p.m.
June 7 at the temple.
Eli Master will be the 28th
president of the Birmingham
Temple; vice presidents will
be Marty Burnstein and
Michael Beltzman. Benjamin
Morris will be the treasurer;
Carolyn Borman will be
secretary.
The members of the board
of trustees are as follows: San-

Paula Creed, Michael Egren,
