He retired twice from a sheet metal business and a career counseling service. He was currently in part- nership with his wife in a career counseling private ser- vice. He was the oldest graduate of Mercy College of Detroit, where he graduated in 1986 at age 70. He had a degree in psychology and was working on his master's degree. Mr. Ellman was a member of the National Career Devel- opment Association, Practi- tioners of Neurolinguistic Programming, the American Association of Counseling and Development, Temple Kol Ami and the Psi Chi Honorary Psychology Society.
