The topic to be discussed
will be "Women and Torah:
Who were they in the past?
Who are they today?" There
will be a barbecue followed by
a program which will include
speakers, songs, stories and
music.
Reservations are required.

Rabbi Avraham Jacobovitz,
director of Machon Mbrah,
rescheduled the JudaiCollege
program from May 27 to 7:30
p.m. June 3 at the Machon
Learning Center.
The topic for the evening
will be: "I.D.F. retreat to
Jerusalem, yet no enemy dare
enter Israel's borders:
Fascinating biblical pro-
phecies/an analysis of their
fulfillment throughout Jew-
ish history."
There is no charge.

Machon IrIbrah will hold
their annual banquet
celebrating 11 years of
achievement 6 p.m. June 10
at the Days Hotel.
Speaker for the evening will
be Rabbi Nota Schiller, dean
of Ohr Somayach-Tanenbaum
College Jerusalem, Israel.
Rabbi Schiller is a graduate
of Ner Israel Rabbinical Col-
lege in Baltimore and is an
author and lecturer.

Rabbi Jacobovitz announc-
ed that the deadline for ap-
plications for the Israel
Solidarity Summer, 1991
learning tour will be May 31.
'Ibn full scholarships will be
awarded for the best qualified
applicants.
The tour, which will be led
by Rabbi and Mrs. Jacobovitz,
will include Jewish study in
the areas of philosophy,
language, history, laws and
customs and general Jewish
information and tours
throughout the country.
