Gentle Exercise
Class At JCC

The Jewish Community
Center has developed a "Gen-
tle Movement Exercise" class
11 a.m. Wednesdays at the
Maple-Drake Jewish Corn-
munity Center and 10:30
a.m. Tuesdays at the Jimmy
Prentis Morris building for
those with low vision or move-
ment limitations. The class,
taught by the Center's
Physical Education Director,
Candy Bousquet, focuses on
body awareness and muscle
strengthening and flexibility.
Classes are ongoing with
drop-ins welcome. There is a
charge.
