SEBASTIAN'S

RESTAURANT/ R AW BAR

2745 West Big Beaver • Troy, Michigan 48084
649-6625

Sebastian's is the flagship of the Unique Restaurant Corporation.

D

etroit Monthly called Sebastian's "the closest thing to New York west of the Hudson". It is
without a doubt suburban Detroit's most beautiful restaurant.

Sebastian's features the creative New American Cuisine of Chef-Proprietor Matthew Prentice.
The menu emphasizes fish and seafood, but also features Prime Steaks, Provimi Veal, Michigan
Game, and Rack of Lamb.

Catering is a specialty of the restaurant. Be it a small in-home party or a large affair, Sebastian's
can easily accommodate your needs, In fact, the
restaurant recently catered a corporate affair for 14,500
people.

Sebastian's emphasizes quality in every aspect of its
operation. Attentive personal services by the waitstaff
led by Maitre d' Patrick Coleman, pastries created by
Pastry Chef Andrew McGrath, fresh herbs grown in
our own garden, cooking classes live in our kitchen, and
some of the finest entertainment in Michigan are just
some of the amenities you can enjoy in one of the
Detroit areas finest restaurants.

Morels features creative Midwestern American
cooking with an emphasis on Michigan products.

M

ichigan produces some of the finest fruit, vegetables, meat, and game in the world.
Perhaps the most famous of its products is the Wild Morel Mushroom. Hence,
the name of the Unique Restaurant Corporation's newest restaurant.

Although the cooking may be construed as "upscale", the restaurant is informal and is
a gathering place for food and friends.

Next to the great food, Morels greatest attribute is the English Herb Garden in the
outdoor atrium. The garden provides a wonderful setting for cocktails and appetizers.
The wonderful aroma of the multitude of herbs is irresistable. In addition, the herb
garden provides a spectacular setting for weddings and cooking demonstrations.

At night the glittering white lights in the atrium provide an intimate and relaxing
atmosphere for those in the dining room. In the bar area you can enjoy a wonderful
selection of wines and liquors with creative bar appetizers while listening to the baby
grand.

Morels also has banquet facilities that can accommodate up to 300 guests. While the
restaurant is informal, banquets can be very formal if desired. Morels may be the most
spectacular setting in town for weddings. The banquet areas can be divided to
accommodate showers, business meetings and small parties.

Morels is a new concept in dining. Wonderful food, great service, and a beautiful decor
combined with affordable pricing make it an unbeatable combination.
