GOLD ANNIVERSARY
Temple Israel celebrated
its 50th anniversary recent-
ly with a dinner and musical
review written by temple
members. The 100-member
cast played to a full house of

Marvin Tamaroff is
displaying a 1942 Dodge
convertible from his classic
car collection in the
Tamaroff Dodge showroom
in Southfield. This car was
one of the last convertibles
built at the beginning of
World War II and was
featured in the commercial
advertisements for the
movie Rain Man. ❑
