Brady of Broadway, a one-

man show starring Roy K.
Dennison as Civil War photo-
grapher Mathew Brady, will
make its world premiere on
May 17-19, for one weekend
only, at the Lila Jones
Johnson Theatre, Royal Oak
(Oakland Community Col-
lege Campus).
Performances will be 8 p.m.
May 17-18 and 2 p.m. May 19.

document the Civil War, and
his own mystification with
the power of the camera.
Brady of Broadway also
recreates the dramatic Civil
War lantern-slide show that
Brady was working on at the
end of his life, but which he
never presented.
