Detroit Council, will hold its
end-of-the year tea 1 p.m. May.
30 at the Crown Pointe
building.
Evelyn Noveck, council
president, will give the an-
nual report and projections
for the coming year. Accep-
ting office for the new term
also will be vice presidents
Ann Kaplan, Renee Shuster,
Margaret Bialkin, Lee
