Shoah Survivor
Vs. Revisionists

Paris (JTA) — A Holocaust
survivor has proposed an ex-
periment by which French
university Professor Robert
Faurisson could prove his
contention that there were
no gas chambers at Nazi
concentration camps.
The professor of literature
claims the Holocaust was a
hoax invented by Jews and
Israel to "milk" the German
people. A test, suggested by
Henry Bulawko, head of an
organization of former Jew-
ish deportees from France,
would give him an oppor-
tunity to prove the courage
of his convictions.
Mr. Faurisson and his
supporters claim it was im-
possible to gas Jews and
then ventilate the chambers
before the next batch of vic-
tims arrived for extermina-
tion.
Mr. Bulawko proposed
that the self-styled
"revisionist historians" vol-
untarily enter a gas
chamber constructed to
German plans.
"Faurisson will then be
able to see for himself if the
method worked or if the gas
chambers were a hoax," Mr.
Bulawko said.
The professor was fined
the equivalent of $20,000 by
the Paris Court of Justice.
