College, will present the third
lecture in its series,
"Humanistic Values in the
Bible" 7:30 p.m. May 5 at the
temple.
Mark Schlussel, attorney
and president of the Jewih
Welfare Federation, will
speak on- "The Covenant of
Mitzvah, Torah: Torah and
Civil Law."
The final lecture will be
given on June 16 by Jane
Schaberg of the University of
Detroit. Ms. Schaberg will
speak on "A Christian
Scholar's Perspective on the
Hebrew Bible."
