Poor John Seems
he was overly eager about these
exciting models and ordered more than he
"auto" have. Now John's boss has issued an
ultimatum and if he doesn't move 'em fast, his
name will be mud! John Will do just about
anything to make a deal so hurry over and make
his day (and yours!)
ty was disgusted with your
editorial.
None of us can believe what
happened to The Jewish
News. You are constantly giv-
ing a platform to these
lunatic fringes. They pro-
bably mean well, but in
our opinion, you and they
give comfort to Israel's
enemies .. .
No Jew in the world,
regardless of how much help
or money he gives to Israel,
has a right to criticize Israel's
defense and foreign policy.
Only they will live and die by
their decisions.
Regardless of what govern-
ment they choose to elect, we
must support the Israeli peo-
ple. We do not necessarily ap-
prove of everything they do,
but it is their decision.

Bush's peace process is an
infinitely greater danger to
the people of Israel than Sad-
dam's missiles.
Learn from the Kurds. A
Kurd is a Jew who does not
have an effective army or a
land with defensible borders.
Dr. Elizur Chazani is an Or-
thodox Israeli physician who
practiced in a secret Israeli
hospital in Kurdistan 23
years ago. He states, "Anyone
who has contact with the
Kurds falls in love with them.
They are decent, intelligent,
honest and charming."
Their tolerance is shown by
the fact that over the cen-
turies, Jews always found a
safe refuge in the Kurdish
mountains, when they were
the objects of persecution. It
is for this reason that
thousands of Israeli Jews of
Kurdish origin staged protest
demonstrations on Secretary
Baker's recent visit to Israel.
The Kurds have been
"blessed" by the treaties from
the League of Nations, the big
powers and their Muslim
kinsmen. We see how much
these guarantees have pro-
tected them.
