Southfield, died April 21.
' Mr. Mitteldorf was a sales
manager for the Citrin Oil
Company. He was a member
of Temple Israel and head
usher for over 20 years. He
was an amateur athlete and
played all sports. He was a
former sales manager for the
Sunshine Biscuit Company
and a member of Perfection
Lodge.
He leaves his wife, Evelyn;
daughters and sons-in-law,
Elaine and Stephen Adler of
Lexington, Mass., Linda and
Arthur Berlin of Bloomfield
Hills; son and daughter-in-
law, Daniel and Phyllis
Pliskow of Royal Oak; brother
and sister-in-law, Eddie and
Lenore of Farmington Hills;
sisters and brother-in-law,
Florence Halper of Bloomfield
Hills, Bertha Cohen of South-
field, Helen and Daniel
Blackstone of Florida; six
grandchildren; six step-grand-
children; four great-grand-
children.
Herbert Weingarten,
Troy Attorney
Herbert N. Weingarten, 64,
of Birmingham, died April
18.
Mr. Weingarten was an at-
torney with offices in Troy. He
was a member of Birming-
ham Temple and B'nai B'rith.
He was in the Navy during
World War II. He was a
graduate of the University of
Michigan Law School in 1951
in the top 10 percent of his
law class.
Mr. Weingarten leaves his
wife, Nancy; daughter and
son-in-law, Ann and Jerome
Rock of Grosse Pointe Park;
son, James; mother, Pearl;
sister and brother-in-law,
Rona and Cyril Moscow of
Birmingham; two grand-
children.
