A GREAT FUTURE

ANSWER: Subject to the law
of supply and demand, land is
the greatest "product" of them
all. Its supply is fixed and the de-
mand is ever-growing.
Although land is not expan-
dable, population certainly is.
By the year 2000, the population
of the United States is projected
to be around 300 million. What
this means is that every month
from now to the turn of the cen-
tury, we will be adding to the
population enough people to fill
a city the size of Toledo, Ohio.
By the year 2000, half of the
population will be living in
dwellings that have not yet been
built and on land that has never
been used for dwellings.

LAND SUPPLY IS FIXED, but
demand for it is ever grow-
ing. This makes it an
outstanding long term in-
vestment.
