law, Isabelle and Hirsch
Brown of Durham, N.C.; six
grandchildren; two great-
grandchildren. Services and
interment were held in New
York.
DAVID E. BARACK, 86, of
Livonia, died April 16. He is
survived by his wife, Anna;
daughter and son-in-law,
Laura and Lewis Tillman of
Northville; two grand-
children.
ROSABELLE BERMAN,
67, of Oak Park, died April
11. She is survived by sons
and daughter-in-law, William
and Karen of Bloomfield
Hills, Michael of Los Angeles,

sister, Adeline Longert of Oak

ANN BERNSTEIN, of Ohio,
formerly of Detroit, died April
6. She is survived by her hus-
band, Robert; daughter and
son-in-law, Edith and Alan
Abrams; sisters, Doris Hol-
den, Jean James, Esther Zis-
man, Bess Lipson; two grand-
children. Interment in
Cleveland.
RAE DIAMOND, 78, of Ran-
cho Mirage, Calif., formerly of
Detroit, died March 28. She
leaves her sisters and
brothers-in-law, Ann and
Harry Ruskin of Farmington
Hills, Dorothy and Jack Borys
of Los Angeles, Calif.; nieces
and nephews. Services and in-
terment were held in
California.

73, of Southfield, died April
11. She leaves her sister and
brother-in-law, Micki and
Manny Dembs; nieces and
nephews.
FRANCES GAVERN, 95, of
Detroit, died April 15. She
leaves her sons and daughter-
in-law, Allan and Jean of
West Bloomfield, Stanley; two
grandchildren; three great-
grandchildren.
MAX GLASS, 66, of South-
field, died April 15. He is sur-
vived by his wife, Helen; sons
and daughters-in-law, Daniel
and Bonnie of West Bloom-
field, Robert and Noreen of
Southfield; brothers and

Calif., Henry and Ida of Oak

He is survived by his

Florida; three grandchildren.
Interment in Bay City.
BETTY KORNBLITM, 86, of
Southfield, died April 7. She
is survived by her husband,
Willie; brother and sister-in-
law, George and Anne Wald-
man of Oak Park; sisters, Ber-
tha Green of Oak Park, Ann
Marenberg of Miami Beach,
Fla.
JACK MOSS, 72, of Cor-
onado, Calif., formerly of
Detroit, died April 15. He
leaves his wife, Molly; son and
daughter-in-law, Gary and
Teri of West Bloomfield;
daughter, Barbara Shepherd;
four grandchildren. Services
and interment were held in
Detroit.
BERTHA SHAMOVSKY
ROSS, of Oak Park, died
April 14. She is survived by
her daughters and son-in-law,
Muriel (Mel) and Jerome
Silver of West Bloomfield,
Bernice Arisler of Farm-
ington Hills, Delores Green-
berg of Livonia; sister, Minnie
Solwan of Florida; 14 grand-
children; six great-grand-
children.
BESSIE SUHD, 87, of
Southfield, died April 11. She
is survived by nieces and
nephews, Stan and Barbara
Snitz, Rosalyn and Aaron
Stern, and Flora and Harold
Cherny.
NORMAN PURPLE, 63, of
Oak Park, died April 9. He is
survived by his uncle, Joseph;
cousin, Leonard, both of
Largo, Fla.
