ment of the Jimmy Prentis
Morris Jewish Community
Center will present pianist,
Jose Ramos-Santana 1 p.m.
April 26 at Jimmy Prentis
Morris building.
Jose Ramos-Santana was
chosen to perform in Affiliate
Artists Xerox Pianist
Program.
His performance will com-
bine artistry and candid con-
versation. Ramos-Santana is
also sponsored in part by the
National Endowment for the
Arts and orchestras par-
ticipating in the program.
There is no charge for this
program but limited seating
requires obtaining advance
tickets from the box office at
the Jimmy Prentis Morris
building. For information call
the center 967-4030.
Senior Program
At Maple-Drake
The Maple-Drake Jewish
Community Center Senior
Adult Department will
celebrate Israel's In-
dependence Day with a
discussion program entitled
"Where Were You in '48?"
noon April 15 at Maple-
Drake.
Rabbi M. Robert Syme of
Temple Israel will lead a
discussion recalling personal
and world-wide events at the
time of the State of Israel's
creation.
A luncheon will precede the
program. Transportation will
be available from the Ten
Mile building at a charge.
There is a charge for the
lunch and discussion.

Young At Heart
Hosts Brunch
Young At Heart, Congrega-
tion Beth Achim's senior
group, will sponsor a brunch
and program, 11 a.m. April
18 at the synagogue. The
customs, costumes and music
of the Sephardic Jews will be
presented by Shirley Behar.
