Yitzchak Livni, chairman
of the steering committee of
Israel Channel 2 Television,
will be in Detroit April 14-28
as the Detroit Zionist Federa-
tion's 1991 scholar-in-
residence. The program is
under the auspices of the
American Zionist Federation
and the World Zionist Organ-
ization in Jerusalem. Coop-
eration has been extended
by the Jewish Community
Council.
Mr. Livni served as the
director general of the Is-
rael Broadcasting Authority,
which oversees all radio and
television in Israel, and as
director general of the Israel
Defense Forces radio station,
Galei Zahal.
