Hours for Ours, a Jewish
Welfare Federation Women's
Division program about agen-
cy volunteer opportunities for
men and women, will take
place April 18 at the Maple-
Drake Jewish Community
Center.
Beginning with a continen-
tal breakfast at 9 a.m., the
program will be followed by a
tour of the Fleischman Resi-
dence/Blumberg Plaza and
the Jewish Community Cen-
ter. Opportunities at these
agencies, Sinai Hospital,
Jewish Family Service and
Resettlement Service also
will be highlighted. Agency
volunteer coordinators will be
on hand to answer questions,
and volunteers will share
their experiences.
Participants are asked to
park in the west auxiliary
parking lot from 8:45-9 a.m.
to take a shuttle bus to the
Fleischman Residence/Blum-
berg Plaza.
Admission is free, and
babysitting is available at a
nominal charge. For reserva-
tions or information about
volunteer opportunities
throughout the Jewish com-
munity, call the Women's
