Giora Feidman and his trio
will present a concert 9 p.m.
April 13 at the Maple-Drake
Jewish Community Center.
Giora Feidman graduated
as a classical musician from
the Conservatorio Municipal
in his native Buenos Aires; he
later served for 18 years as
principal clarinet of the Israel
Philharmonic, and served as
a professor of clarinet at the
University of Tel Aviv.
He plays Jewish music,
classical music, popular
music and jazz.

The Young People's Theater
class at the Maple-Drake
Jewish Community Center
will start an intermediate
session.
Thirteen to 18-year-olds
who have had some basic
theatrical training are in-
vited. Instructor is Nancy
Gurwin.
This will be an eight-week
semester, April 8-June 10.
The Young People's Theater
class will meet on Monday
evenings for 90 minutes.
