Greater Detroit Chapter of
Hadassah will present Educa-
tion Day on March 14, featur-
ing Renee Wohl, director of
the Resource Center at the
Agency for Jewish Education.
She will discuss "Landmark
Jewish Trials of the Twen-
tieth Century."
The meeting will be held at
Hadassah House from 9:30
a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Lunch will

Toby Dobkin

Toby Dobkin, a member of
the Adat Shalom Sisterhood
for nearly 40 years, will be
honored at a pre-donor triple
chair dessert buffet 12:30 p.m.

The event will take place at
the home of Marsha Trimas.
It will feature a musical tri-
bute by Cantor Barry Ulrych,
son of Toby Dobkin.
Attendance at the dessert
buffet is by advance, paid

Fashion Show Set

Women of Maimonides
Medical Society will hold
their 45th annual donor lun-
cheon Mar. 19 at Adat
Shalom Synagogue.
A fashion show will follow
the luncheon. Leah Marks
and her production company
will highlight fashions by
Your Image, the Broadway,
Hersh's, Ceci's, Loretta
Lorion, Bellissima Too,
Malibu Make-up and United
Optical.
Eighty percent of monies
raised goes to support medi-
cal students in Michigan and
Israel. The remainder sup-
ports local hospitals and
foundations in the metropoli-
tan Detroit area.
